1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

2. Provided "as is"

The Site, its tools, calculators, generators, G-code, 3D models, lessons, prompts and all other content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3D printing involves heat, moving parts, electricity and other hazards. Results, settings, estimates and G-code produced by our tools are for general guidance only and may be incorrect. You are solely responsible for checking them and for how you use them, including any damage to printers, materials, property or persons.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, operators, contributors and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, credits, business or equipment, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You use the Site entirely at your own risk. To the extent liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

4. Changes to the Site and the Terms

We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Site, any tool, feature, price, credit rule or content, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or liability. We may also change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms, so please review this page regularly.

5. Accounts and credits

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate any account or access at any time, with or without reason or notice.

Credits, balances and similar items have no cash value, are not property, and are not transferable unless we say otherwise. We may adjust, expire, correct or remove them at any time, including to fix errors or prevent abuse.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate the Site. You confirm that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe any law or third-party right.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, branding, text, graphics, code and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except where a specific licence is stated for an item. Models, files or designs from other creators remain subject to their own licences.

8. Third-party links, ads and services

The Site may contain links to, advertisements for, and integrations with third-party websites, products and services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or any dealings you have with them.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Amman, Jordan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
